It is that time of year again for Premier League clubs to enter the oldest national competition in world football and there are some riveting clashes set to take place in the FA Cup Third Round.
Chelsea won the competition last season, beating Manchester United 1-0 in May, but there is a new man at the helm in west London with Maurizio Sarri set to get his first taste of FA Cup action on the weekend of Saturday 5 January 2019.

The draw took place this evening at Stamford Bridge and was conducted by former Blues midfielder Ruud Gullit as well as Paul Ince.
And so, it is that magical time of the season again when the minnows of the Football League have presented the opportunity to pit their wits against Premier League opposition and there have certainly been some very memorable upsets over the years.
