There’s some Friday Night Football action in the Premier League this week as Brighton host West Ham United with just one place and two points separating the two teams ahead of kick-off.
While Albion started well but have since tailed off, West Ham started terribly and have since improved their fortunes with two wins and a draw in their last three matches.
Last time out for the visitors, it was a 3-1 victory over Manchester United on a day when everything they hoped for in the summer appeared to come together.
The question now is, can they follow this up with another positive display on Friday? Or will they be back to square one as we head into the international break?

He may blow hot and cold at times, but when Marko Arnautovic is on his game, he’s a nightmare for defenders and a dangerous player to have leading the line.
Since arriving from Stoke City, he’s proved a popular figure with the West Ham fans and as long as his work-rate is there, he’ll score regularly for the Hammers this season.
After a purple patch of form, we think he’ll grab himself another goal against the struggling hosts.

Considering we think Arnautovic will score and we don’t think West Ham will manage to keep a clean sheet – both teams to score seems a good bet.
Despite their improved form in the last three games, the Hammers have kept just one Premier League clean sheet away from home since December 2017.
Then, Brighton – who will be highly motivated to take the game to their opponents here – as usually good value for a goal on home soil.

Finally, we’re backing West Ham to have over three cards during the course of the match. Under the lights, this could be a lively contest between two teams that will be going all out for the win.
It’s safe to say the away side have a reputation of getting stuck in too and as they fight for an away victory, this will definitely be the case on Friday.
