Neymar has vowed to stay at PSG amid consistent rumours he might leave Paris for Real Madrid.
The Brazilian, 26, has been continually linked with a move to La Liga despite only sealing a £198m transfer to PSG last summer.
Last season he scored 19 goals in 20 league games before suffering a metatarsal injury to his right foot that ruled him out for the remainder of the domestic season.
And Neymar, who was unable to guide Brazil to World Cup success this summer, has now committed his near future to the French club.
“I’ll stay. I have a contract with PSG and I’ve chosen to be there for the challenge, for new things and higher goals,” Neymar told Fox Sports, via Goal.
“I won’t change my mind about it. I hope we can have a successful season, with new silverware, too.
“The press enjoys creating rumours, but everyone knows how much I care about PSG.”
Neymar also said how he is looking forward to working with Kylian Mbappe once more, after the 19-year-old helped France to a second World Cup win.
“He’s a phenomenon, a great player. We knew that for a while, I am with him on a daily basis and know just how much quality he has. I’m very happy for him for the World Cup, for the title,” Neymar added.
“I believe he can also fight [to be one of the best players in the world] in the next few years. It’ll be nice to meet him again, we’ve been talking daily, even during the World Cup.”
The Brazilian forward is also relishing linking up with Gianluigi Buffon, who joined PSG from Serie A champions Juventus this summer.
He said: “It’ll be an honour to share the dressing room with a goalkeeper as great as Buffon, for his history and for the person he is. He has a lot to offer us, lots of experience.”
Neymar scored 28 goals in 30 matches in all competitions for PSG last term in what was a successful period before his injury.
He will now be hoping to help PSG fulfil their long-held objectives of tasting success in the Champions League along with maintaining their dominance in France.
