The ten-man shortlist for The Best 2018 awards – based on achievements during the period from 3 July 2017 to 15 July 2018 – has been decided in each category by a panel of FIFA Legends.
Members of the public can now vote for their personal top three best players and managers, with the top pick receiving five points, the second three and the third one.
According to FIFA’s official website, “The fan vote will be equally weighted alongside the votes of other key members of the footballing community – namely journalists, national team coaches and captains.
“The three finalists for each award will be revealed at a later date, with all award winners revealed at The Best FIFA Football Awards show in London on 24 September.”
