AC Milan attacking midfielder Suso has reportedly decided to stay with the Rossoneri this summer despite reported interest from Roma.
Gennaro Gattuso’s side are set to further strengthen their attacking options with the signing of Samu Castillejo from Villarreal, leading to speculation that Suso could now seek a move away from the club.
Last season’s Champions League semi-finalists Roma are on the look out for a winger this summer after Barcelona gazumped their proposed move for ex-Bordeaux winger Malcom and reports have suggested that they are considering a move for the Spaniard.
However, calciomercato are today reporting that the former Liverpool winger would like to extend his contract with Milan.
What next for Roma?
It seems Roma are on the look-out for a dynamic attacking player this summer and they won’t be short of cash after the £67m sale of Alisson to Liverpool.
French midfielder Steven N’Zonzi is their latest addition, arriving from Sevilla in a deal worth a reported €30m.
Sporting director Monchi promised fans that they would look to target players that are “the equal or even better than Malcom” after Barcelona hijacked their proposed deal to sign the Brazilian in July.
Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey has also been linked with a move to Eusebio Di Francesco’s side but is also on the radars of a number of Premier League clubs.
