Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has hailed Spanish midfielder Pablo Hernandez as one of the best players he has ever worked with.
The Argentine manager was full of praise for his team, and Hernandez in particular, after their latest victory over Norwich this weekend.
Bielsa made history when he became the first Leeds United manager to win his opening three matches and he followed that up with a point against Swansea and then a convincing 3-0 victory at Carrow Road on Saturday.
His players have adapted remarkably quickly to his tactics and philosophy especially considering it is virtually the same team that failed to perform at the end of last season.

Hernandez was one of those players who has impressed and the heralded coach was quick to point out his contribution to the team.
“He is one of the best players in his position I have worked with in my career,” he said of the 33-year-old former Swansea City winger (via BBC Sport).
Alexis Sanchez, Dimitri Payet and Maxi Rodriguez are among the players coached by Bielsa who play in a similar role.
“I think he is the player in our team who has had the biggest influence in our games so far,” said Bielsa of Hernandez, who first moved to Elland Road on loan from Qatari club Al-Arabi in August 2016.
He was signed permanently in January before signing a new two-year deal in April.
“There is a great lucidity about his play – he always seems to instinctively know what to do for the needs of the team – and he can influence the game at the front, middle and the back.
“He can find a solution to a problem anywhere on the pitch and is always making the team more fluid with what he does.
“He is a silent leader for us – he does all these things without saying a word.”
Leeds have now scored three or more goals three times in their opening five games this season and have received praise for their high work rate and easy on the eye passing.
They face another early pacesetter in Middlesbrough next at Elland Road on August 31.
